No details, but the agent was caught dead to rights leaking....
Update: CIA Officer Fired for Leaking Classified Info to Media
WASHINGTON A CIA officer has been relieved of his duty after being caught leaking classified information to the media.
CIA officials will not reveal the officer's name, assignment, or the information that was leaked. The firing is a highly unusual move, although there has been an ongoing investigation into leaks in the CIA.
One official called this a "damaging leak" that deals with operational information and said the fired officer "knowingly and willfully" leaked the information to the media and "was caught."

With the exception of the NY Times (what happened with them was someone drunk over there?)and Wall street Journal, there were no real stories on this by the Major News outlets. The WP wrote an editorial on April 15 recommending that Mollohan should step aside while the investigation was underway.
Step aside Mr. Mollohan
Yhe Washington Times also covered the story.

Wow! I leave for a few hours to watch a ball game, and all heck breaks loose.
I am reminded though that much of the early battle info is incorrect.STILL,....There is way too much coincidence with all of these people and their actions to not have some major implications.
I can't wait for more info, and for this to play out. There will be blood drawn.

re: Ohio
I'll wager she's been on multiple 'Rat fundraising and "war room" lists, if nothing else because of her previous donations and contacts with Clintonista 'Rats. I'll bet there was a Kerry or DNC email blast saying "help us win in Ohio, it's so close" and she showed her partisan stripes by ponying up the $$$.

Clarke, Beers, and Mary McCarthy were three of the top counter-terrorism officials in the country, all in the NSC, in the period 1999-2001. It can truly and fairly be said that the 9/11 plots developed on THEIR watch and that THEIR failings had more to do with it than anyone in the Bush team who'd only had a few months in office and had to deal with the (then) Democratic Senate not confirming important national security appointees, etc. Exactly right. They are just diverting attention away from their own failings. Mylroie's Bush vs the Beltway rings more true every day, especially today.

You are probably correct but according to onyx and Powerline needs to be very careful,
"Meanwhile, the Justice Department says that "there [are] dozens of leak investigations under way." It seems likely that one of them relates to the leak of the NSA's terrorist surveillance program.
"My only regret is that the investigations didn't start sooner. Democrats in the CIA have been conducting a leak war against the Bush administration for at least the past three years. Perhaps if the law had been enforced more vigorously long ago, the later leaks, which were even more damaging to national security, might not have occurred.

Right, Both her and her husband had already made the maximum $2000 contributions to Kerry so they had to give to the Ohio Dem party. $5K is a big league contribution. It wouldn't surprise me that she was also leaking to the Kerry campaign. Kerry's Tora Bora rant sounded like he had some inside information. Gary Schroen's and Gary Berntsen's books substantiate these claims.
Wilson had also made his contribution to Kerry.

The Ohio contribution in October 2004 makes sense. Ohio was a battleground state and very much in play. Kerry was making an all out effort to win there. They [Ohio Dem Party] needed the money. I wonder what kind of personal connection she had to Kerry then or was it thru Beers and Wilson. That's a lot of money for a career USG bureaucrat to donate, especially in the last throes of the campaign.
Her husband's a "landscape designer", right?
It would be most interesting to see a copy of his client list, wouldn't it? And when they were paying (and how much they were paying) for his services ...

"All CIA employees are required to sign a secrecy agreement upon being hired stating they are prohibited from discussing classified information with anyone not cleared to receive the material."
And, I've wondered all along why Joey Wilson did not have to sign a non-disclosure or secrecy agreement before his trip to Niger ON BEHALF OF the CIA.
