In the angry life of Maryscott O'Connor, the rage begins as soon as she opens her eyes and realizes that her president is still George W. Bush... Out there, awaiting her building fury: the Angry Left, where O'Connor's reputation is as one of the angriest of all. "One long, sustained scream" is how she describes the writing she does for various Web logs...
---------------snip----------------------
What's notable about this isn't only the level of anger but the direction from which it is coming. Not that long ago, it was the right that was angry and the left that was, at least comparatively, polite. But after years of being the targets of inflammatory rhetoric, not only from fringe groups but also from such mainstream conservative politicians as Newt Gingrich, the left has gone on the attack. And with Republicans in control of Washington, they have much more to be angry about.
"Powerlessness" is O'Connor's explanation. "This is born of powerlessness..."

VERY good point! LOL
Didn't stop her though.
Oh the humanity of these caring liberals.
If she were in Congress, I'm sure she'd introduce a bill for the US Government to pay the difference to the people she has oppressed.
Note, she's not Mrs. Croker,...she's Ms. Crocked is more likely!
Drink up babe...
Monster films?
Her math is as bad as her manners.
That's 2 and a half, not three. But in liberalspeak, three is a correct answer too as long as it makes you feel good about yourself.
Her and Cindy Sheehan.
The Code Pink, MFSO, VFP crowd has a cultlike hold on her, constantly parading Cindy before groups that demand to see the "Angry Mom" curse out Bush. The cruel reality of this is that the Code Pink, MFSO, VFP crowd has stopped Cindy from properly grieving. She's held prisoner in the anger stage of grief by the Code Pink, MFSO, VFP crowd.
Applause is the reward for Cindy as long as she performs as directed. Some of the more wacko things she has said are perhaps not really her own beliefs, but lines she knows will earn applause. The beliefs of the Code Pink, MFSO, VFP crowd.
Recently, Cindy has broken out of it a little, distancing herself from Code Pink's inappropriate, strike that, vulgar protest at Walter Reed Army Hospital on Friday nights.
This isn't a recent observation either. I had two women, nurses to qualify for mental health cases both express their concern for her welfare last summer.
One was a organizer of the counter-Cindy rally and one had a child in Iraq. Both were decent enough that though they see Cindy's behavior as threatening to our troops welfare, they were decent enough to care about wher welfare.
But saw that she was kept from moving on to the next stage in grieving Casey's death. Both feared, as I do, what would happen if the Code Pink, MFSO, VFP crowd dropped her when and if she became a liability to their cause.
Or Clarence Thomas.....or Dan Quayle...or Ronald Reagan...or...
DU names....even at DU, one screen nmae can't hold that much venom.
My observation is that the more hidious the crime and if it's a "family" dispute, with mom, dad, son, daughter involved, none of them will have the same last name.
I can't quite figure out how you do that, but next horid story involving "family", see if that's the case too. I'll bet it is.
Oh jeez, I didn't pick up on that at first. So she's drinking before sunrise, still in her PJs when the kid comes home from school in the afternoon, still pounding down the Merlo.
Somebody please call Child Protective Services on this woman.
fwiw, From her blog...
"Im a recovering alcoholic. Havent had a drink since November 22, 1996."
They say to shoot through gauze to soften the hard lines....this chick needs a turkish towel.
She meant to say "Im a recovering alcoholic. can't remember every drink I've had since November 22, 1996."
The Left has been "outraged" ever since conservatives started pointing out their last President's compulsive womanizing.
This is a reply she posted to her WaPo blog entry...
Can't really put together coherent thoughts right now.
Terry's (Terry is her 6 year old child) lying on the couch with a badly sprained knee -- it happened last night and he mentioned that he "hurt it," but he kept running around, so we didn't think anything of it.
This morning, it's swelled up in a frightening manner. I wanted to take him to the emergency room. Adam, (Adam is her husband the lighting tech, not a doctor) who's had more than his share of sprained everythings, said we should ice it, keep him off his feet and monitor the situation before going to the emergency room, as they would likely give him Advil and tell us to ice it and keep him off his feet...
(Besides, if she took her kid to the ER, she wouldn't be able to keep up with her blog and all the other online hate sites she belongs to.)
Now he's happily sketching away.. the kid is a prolific artist, lemme tell you. He drew a "girl whale" a while ago -- with long hair, "Like you used to have, Mommy."
(Before she hacked it off in a psychotic rage, on election night 2004?)
I love my kid. And, contrary to the impression the Post article gives, I DO NOT SCARE MY CHILD. In fact, he RECITES the Howard Beale speech with me.
(She's going to make her kid a mental case, too.)
Methinks Finkel did not pay close enough attention to my relationship with my child.
(Methinks he paid very close attention.)

Do you think their tirades are based upon their, to me at least, universal position of perpetual victimhood? It seems to me they have the common trait of being victims and the only way they'll ever improve is for a liberal government to give them money and 'make things right'.
Which has unleashed the seething rage of "the mindless primitive, more enraged and more inflamed with each new frustration.*"
