Oh, Kitty Mittens, I was occupied with "Must Do" tasks yesterday and didn't get to respond to the news about your dear Moma. The fall produced so much pain and distress, and will be the source of concern for a long time.

I had an auto accident and serious arm injury 3 years ago, with titanium rod repair. It was 4-5 months of physical therapy before I could get my *right* arm near enough to even touch my body, much less have full use of it.
[picture my husband having to set my hair in curlers, and button my buttons on clothes, etc.! - lol]

Father God, I ask that you lift up this precious Mother, knowing all Mothers are dear to You.
Ease any pain, and rapidly heal the strained/broken parts, strengthen the muscles involved, and restore her to perfect health.

Bestow upon her special blessings throughout this ordeal, for although we do not know her, we do know and adore her sweet and loving daughter...

We ask this in the Name of Our Redeemer, Jesus...amen.

For those of you who two weeks ago offered prayer for my stepdaughter, Cheryl, for (her third) spinal surgery, I am delighted to report she did well and is already home.

This injury, affecting her left leg, was unrelated to the first two, and it is probable they down the road will revisit the first ones. There is scar tissue there that still causes difficulty in her right leg.

Her recovery will not be rapid, *perhaps* able to return to work part-time in 6 weeks, and six months for full recovery.

She is coping well, and truly appreciated the prayers made for her.
