This is very unfortunate. Not just sad for him and his family but unfortunate timing politically

According to the article he's having surgery in a couple of weeks so maybe they caught it early and there's hope of recovery. My only experience of knowing someone with colon cancer they didn't find out until it was way too late.
On my computer I have pictures of Cain with my wife, my mom and my oldest son. In addition to being a great political thinker, he's a wonderful, warm person and each time I met him was a thrill.
I wish him a speedy recovery especially because he's Ron Paul's running mate in my dream ticket for '08.

Good luck Mr. Cain!
I sure hope he's OK. I don't agree with him on every issue, but he's an inspiring man who I really hoped would have a future in politics. I hope he still does.

After he beats this, he can run for governor. Too bad the state party doesn't support him.

CEO of Godfathers Pizza, has been diagnosed with colon cancer, a spokeswoman for Cain said this morning. My prayers for a great American. Thankfully colon cancer is one of the more beatable ones.
