Sharon was great but he got caught up in trying to please the world and he stopped trying to save his people...Most Traitors don't think of themselves as traitors but he surely was one.

I would rather call a traitor one who deliberately misstates the truth, deliberately fights FOR the enemy state, nation or religion (Hillary Clinton, for example, has ONLY an allegiance to herself, to international socialism, and (perhaps) to darker powers. She will NEVER betray those. She WILL betray WNYTHING that prevents her power. Bill Clinton, other other hand, has an allegiance ONLY to his d*ck - and nothing higher.)

Sharon, I think - but can't confirm - got caught in the myth of socialism and liberalism and the praise that comes from the national press and international powers-that-be (Soros and the UN and the international press corps, etc.) - and (innocently ? or ignorantly) "forgot" that Israel is an enemy of that crowd.

I don't think, but can't ever know, that he ever deliberately was an enemy of Israel.

He was, however, one of its greatest mistakes by appeasing and tolerating the crowds who hate its freedom and democracy.

History will prove that in his last years Sharon did terrible damage to Israel. But he didn't do it with mens rea and should not be called a traitor. He was a sick confused old man who didn't believe in his mortality and thought he had all the time in the world to bend reality to his will.
