Immigration march, rally today (Designed to disrupt maximum rush hour traffic in Seattle)

Shortly after noon today, Graham Black will close down his construction company and trade his work boots for walking shoes.

The owner of gProjects in Seattle will join thousands of immigrant supporters marching from St. Mary's Church in the Central Area to a rally at the Jackson Federal Building in downtown.

The Seattle event is part of a National Day of Action, in which marchers from more than 70 cities nationwide are calling on Congress to pass immigration reform they say would provide a clear path to citizenship, help unite families and ensure workplace and civil-rights protections.

"We are working on homes that customers are slated to move into in four and 11 days," Black said, adding that most of his 12 workers are immigrants. "But I felt it was important for me and for my workers to have our voices heard."

"At one point or another, we're all immigrants," he said.

The ralliers plan to leave St. Mary's, a Roman Catholic church on 20th Avenue South, at 3:30 p.m. and march west on South Jackson and South King streets and then north on Fourth Avenue.

Well that's going to make them some friends, eh? Sounds like the Critical Mass anti-car bicycle fanatics in the SF Bay Area. I don't know if they're still doing it, but they used to plan their demonstrations specifically to screw up the afternoon commute as much as possible by riding their bicycles in the way.

Most of the commuters would have given a rousing ovation had the cops waded into them and taken care of business- but the moonbat influence is just too pervasive there- so I don't think it ever happened.

We are being colonized with the blessing and encouragement of our "leaders".
Immigration is not the issue. the "need" for workers is not the issue. If we really needed workers then congress could just raise the number of aliens that we let in.
The issue is that Mexico has a government agency to assist and encourage it's citizens to colonize our country. Our so called leaders are collaborating with them. Although not a military invasion, it is an invasion none the less and our Federal Government is duty bound to protect us from it.
