Pages 99 to129 of document CMPC-2003-00013038 dated in March 1997, many years after Saddam was supposed to fully comply with the UN resolutions to disarm his WMD and reveal everything to the UN inspectors, include many correspondences from the Iraqi intelligence service asking their employees not to store any information related to WMD and remove any information they have regarding WMD from their computers and records. This is yet another document that shows how Saddam Regime was doing all their efforts to hide their WMD programs or any information relate to it from the UN inspectors, a clear sign that this regime never really complied and they always wanted to keep their WMD programs and production.

Operation Iraqi Freedom Documents
This country and indeed the world owes you a tremendous debt for your work on translating these documents.
thank you!
I don't know how you do it! If I had the ability to translate these documents I would be so incredibly excited about what the next one holds that I would be unable to focus on anything else.
Your time and effort is sincerely appreciated!
Wow! As I said on another thread, maybe I'm making a mistake sending these translations to the media and instead should be focusing on the Pentagon spokesman, Scott McClellan and others.
More good stuff....thanks for the ping GD and thanks for your translation JV...
Way to go, this will all have an impact even if it doesn't get discussed on the Sunday Talk Shows,....they are beginning to convince me that they are a TOTAL EFFORT at Misleading us by the MSM!
Hmm..."related numbered magnetic discs." It would appear from this that the data were stored only to removable media and that those were kept offsite. BTT.
In the context of these documents does it appear that they are removing information off of computers to hide that they still have an active program?
The way I read this, it could be interpreted that they are removing this WMD information from computer to comply with the UN requirements.
I am also nominating you for the Courage Under Fire Award at CPAC next year.
It's only April, but I nominate you for Freeper of the Year!
Thanks for your service!!!!!!
Or why not try Arlene Sphin...Specter!
But seriously go for the Pentagon spokesman and as many Senators and Congressmen as you think would be useful.
I am not a computer expert, but what does these magnetic discs mean. Are those the same type big discs that we used to see many years ago in the IT departments here in the US. Please keep in mind that the Iraqi in 1997 had an old computer system and may have not have more modern systems until late 2001, 2002.
major bump!!!
I say we start calling Sen. Roberts and the Repub.members of the Sen. Intellegence Commitee and somehow get all of these translations to them. They need to be read on the Senate floor.
