I love your suggestions, but what else can be done to force our representatives to listen to us? I have called and emailed everyone, but continue to get the same pandering b.s. How can we force them to protect our borders, enforce our laws, and deport the criminals???

Homeless activist Ted Hayes

Immigration sides butt heads at rally in Leimert Park- Pro- and anti-illegal immigration activists squared off in Leimert Park on Sunday, exposing the shifting fault lines of the immigration debate. The anti-illegal immigration rally was organized by black homeless advocate Ted Hayes, who called illegal immigration the "biggest threat to blacks in America since slavery."
He was joined by members of his Crispus Attucks Brigade, the American Black Citizens Opposed to Illegal Immigration Invasion, and at least one member of the Minuteman Project. Police estimated the crowd at about 150 people.
