My native language is English - I am an American citizen - that is not impacted just because I speak other languages. Anymore than going to graduate school made me less American.

Please. These representatives know how to play the game. They know that by election time many will have forgotten their anti American behavior. They will spout some foolish rethoric and apathetic voters will come forth and cast their votes.
Those of us who are politically concerned will be in the minority and nothing will be done about Illegal Immigration until it is way too late.
Today when I called my reps I asked the phone receptionist if they were bilingual, Spanish and English. They said , "No". I told them they had better be looking for a new job as theirs will soon be on the "Jobs Americans won't do" list.
And it becomes even more diluted with each passing day.
I can't wait till this idiotic bill granting the franchise to illegal aliens is enacted by the City Council.
Then we'll finally have names to attach to all of the people that have been undermining our citizenship.
Lettuce won't be any more expensive than it is now.

That has to be the funniest thing I've heard all day. If you think that's going to happen, you are living in fantasyland. The vast majority of these illegals will vote for whomever promises them the most largesse. Look what Mexico's like -- a third-world hellhole. There are reasons why that is so, reasons you seem to be deliberately blind to.
Sure these illegals would love to be citizens. That makes the path to welfare, free education and healthcare even easier for them to navigate than it is now.

How are all the illegals who became citizens under Reagan's amnesty voting? I thought the end game was pretty obvious considering how far the Dems and the White House are falling over themselves trying to get these potential voters?
