How many thousands of potential deaths constitute an acceptable price to pay for knocking a few nickels off of a head of lettuce?

Lettuce won't be any more expensive than it is now.

It'll just come from Mexico, picked by the same Mexicans we just kicked out of this country.

Oh, and the lettuce growers here would be subsidized by increased taxes on YOU so that they could pay American workers a higher wage. That is, if, in a full employment economy, Americans are still interested in stoop labor.

We are already paying for them!

What does it take for this elementary concept to penetrate that thick skull of yours, which seems to be impenetrable to even the most rudimentary of facts and/or logic?

In the form of public education, home loans, Pell Grants, AFDC, Medicaid, SSI, WIC, food stamps, the billions in untaxed remittances that they are diverting from our economy, etc., etc., ad nauseam.

Stop with this "Americans are too damn lazy to do anything" pap.

I'm tired of it!

Americans are sick of being condescended to by nitwits like you and Clarence, and your political icons, John McLame and Lyndsay "Goober" Graham.

They know the truth, and no amount of spin from you apologists for criminality is going to change that one iota.

Wrong...mechanization is the future of our agribusinesses. Not more wokers.
