That's very short sighted. In two generations, due to birth rates ALONE, muslims will be the majority in France and approaching the majority in most of Europe. They will our-breed them in our Grandchildren's lifetime...and that is a fact (6 children per family in France). Now once they have a majority in the vote, what's going to happen? Look at the trends in Islam. Is it trending more fundementalist or more liberal? You cannot take a snapshot of the present and expect to come up with an answer.

No its always mean fundamentalist, and there lies its own weakness, as the governments become more fundamentalist, they have to rely more and more on repression to keep order, and to survive.

A voting majority is not necessary. A bloc that is 10% is sufficient to sway most elections and is quite enough to turn the heads of elected legislators and presidents and prime ministers. A 10% voting bloc will usher in Sharia if it does not cause civil war or an ethnic cleansing. Any non Moslem country that wishes to survive must expel its Mohammedans- all of them, whether of domestic or alien provenance.
