Love it!!!! Thanks...
It was just an observation not a conviction.....
The stars and stripes is proudly flown over my home. I have big trained dogs and I'm an armed American. That flag will stay up at all costs.
Lock and Load.
I'm not the one using the word invader...
But of course you are. You used it to describe anyone who violates border laws. Now, is the turtle smuggler an invader?
what it does mean is that he's violating our international agreements on the trafficking of endangered animals - something that isn't a crime in your argument since he's doing it for economic reasons.
But of course it's a crime. But any crime, having to do with the border, isn't automatically an invasion. Something, you and your friends refuse to acknowledge.
No more home invasion robberies! Just define them out of existence.
Army in.. invaders out.
And what's with the "oh brave one"?
In any case, my bravery or cowardice has nothing to do with this issue.
Huge fines on employers for hiring illegals. Hardened biometric ID issued by FedGov.
Pick you poison. You can have Mexamerica or Hard IDs, but not neither. That's sad because the civil libertarians have a very good point with the govt. having too much power via IDs. It's a poor choice, but that's all there is.
At least IDs could be undone at some point in the future. The demographic wave will never be undone if not now. Greyhound doesn't have enough buses for 10 million people, even if they *wanted* to get on them. Think people. Think. I am thinking. If they can't work they will go home, "one at a time" as Bush said. Also via congress the interpretation of the 14th Ammendment should be codified as not being for illegals. This is easily done.
LOL!!!!!!!
I'm just changing my flag out (has been up since 9/11), since it is beginning to wear from recent weather.
Locked and loaded as well, and I salute you.
It was originally written to be a misdemeanor.
They wanted exactly what is happening now, riots in the streets, and Republicans to get all the blame.
Interesting. And it will be interesting to see if they can keep their minions under control in the next few months. If not it will behoove us to remember this and make their craven manipulations known.
Bringing in poor immigrants IS the American way. It gives them a far better opportunity than they would get in their country and it lets the people already here move up. The grandchildren of these immigrants will be doing the same thing with another group when the time comes.
Where did I ever say that?
They'll get paid in cash and then they won't even be paying taxes on it. Like a lot of them do now.
We bring in about a million real immigrants a year. We didn't bring these criminal ingrates.
What army? The Senate won't even make it a crime to cross the border.
And what's with the "oh brave one"? In any case, my bravery or cowardice has nothing to do with this issue.
It sounded like you were planning to take steps to deal with 'invaders' yourself, since the government won't.
In my part of the world, that would be So. Cal, I see more YOUNG people of latino descent driving around in Cadillac Escalades. But hey. I'm SURE that a Mercedes costs more so you may have a point.
I'm absolutely disgusted by the amount of pro-illegal immigration folks at FR.
I'm all for doing it legally. But you'll have the same problems with the strain on the infrastructure, schools and crime if you do.
It sounds like you know from a first-hand account.
Who was it that chastised them?
Some Latino "leaders?"
True, but this two-time Reagan voter, four-time Bush voter is finally beginning to understand that the Country Club Republican, who has secretly despised conservatives like me and my values all along while using the liberal boogey man to push his Country Club Republican Candidates and 'moderate' values on me time after time, is just as much my enemy.
