Well, duh. You ever tried arresting a few million people? If anythink like you're proposing happened in LA, then you need to be willing and able to do that.
The GOP is totally screwed at this point.
Well, yeah. Because there are too many republicans who can't get past the slogan "what don't they understand about illegal alien" past their heads to figure out that using force with that many people aint going to happen.
So what's plan "B"? Cause plan "A" of sending them "home" will never happen.
Greyhound doesn't have enough buses for 10 million people, even if they *wanted* to get on them. Think people. Think.

I guess plan B is to become the United States of France?

ARE YOU SERIOUS????
Bump for later.
No it is not.
My answer is to stand at the border and say "Welcome to America, here is your school house where english is spoken". And "This is Old Glory, and we salute it daily".
We need to crank up the assimilation machine that took in far more Italian, German and other immigrants back in the day when the US had no immigration quota whatever.
Unfortunatly the conservative side just wants mexicans to go away, and the left want's them to stay mexican because they think they can keep their vote Democrat.
Neither is a good option for conservatives, who should be more interested in welcoming good Catholic families who don't favor abortion into the Republican/American camp. Instead of balkanizing them like the left want's to do.
I don't mind people protesting but whats with the Mexican flag? Thats just pissing off 250 000 000 people. Even my socialist friend at work is getting worked up over this.
?
Gosh, that image makes me madder than all the rest of them. Its such a spit in the face!!
As far as your comment, I couldn't agree more, but I haven't heard or seen one bit of news about the nationalist anti-American angle of all this.
No.
Plan B is assimilation. And that will never happen if we isolate mexicans by our hostility into a permanent "minority" group.
Anybody else get the impression of that first photo I did: it reminds me of the Palis parading with their kids wrapped in es. Only a matter of time....
The next time you see buses with 10 million people on them heading south, you be sure and let me know. I want to see it.
Might as well have a conversation with a brick wall. These guys react to a few hundred protesters probably being egged on by their liberal teachers and knee jerkingly think all hispanics act this way.
Mention something like school vouchers that would release all families from the public school stranglehold and you will hear crickets from the reactionaries.
