A - competent

enough to pull off an fraudulent "9/11" has never worked for the government. This administration leaks secrets like a sieve, and they're not exactly known on the left as being overly competent.

Think about it. You'd literally have tens of thousands of people in dozens of agencies who would have elements of the truth, and who'd all be selling out for book deals, movie rights, and their chance to be Valeire Plame famous. The idea that an army of Clinton appointee bureaucrats would fall on their swords and wave off untold riches just for the chance to kill thousands of Americans for George W Bush truly boggles the mind.
