Yes, Congress critters in both houses are determined to shred the First Amendment more than it already is.

Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, The "blogger protection bill," as it is known in some circles, simply codifies the current status of Internet bloggers. Senators Tom Coburn, R-Okla., and Harry Reid, D-Nev., are co-sponsoring a similar bill in the Senate.
Strange bedfellows -- Coburn and Reid on the side of Free Speech.
