Charges Against Transgender Female Dropped

Transit police are dropping charges against a phone repair worker making the transition from male to female who says she was arrested three times in six months for using a women's restroom at Grand Central Terminal.

At a rally, Helena Stone, 70, said one officer called her "a freak, a weirdo and the ugliest woman in the world."

Stone's lawyer, Michael Silverman of the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund, said he had filed complaints with the MTA police and the city Commission on Human Rights, whose guidelines say restrooms must be available to transgender people "consistent with their gender identity or gender expression."

It is like a snowball rolling down a mountain.

First, they want tolerance, for their mental condition.
Next, they want to be called a 'she'
Then, they you HAVE to accept the he IS a 'she.'

It drives me crazy how the entire media, including talk radio, calls him a 'she'. Nobody has the courage anymore to call a spade a spade.

Wouldn't it be a breath of fresh air if President Bush said:
This is not really an issue. This is a man who cut off his gentialia. He is not a woman, just a man without a penis who is clearly insane. End of story. And I have just one thing to say to any straight man who disagrees:
If it is a woman, then let's see them date one.
