"He said to tell you not to ask a doctor. Doctors don't know (expletive) about medical marijuana."

Well, that settles it. A genius quoting another genius. Free medical pot for everybody.

It took 7 minutes for a Drug Warrior to show up. I wonder what took so long?

The WoD is a complete and utter (and expensive) failure. Denying medical marijuana to those who need it based on archaic thinking is cruel.

I think marijuana should be legalized...what a way for the government to make more money. Seriously though, it is a leaf from a plant like tobacco is, so why is one legal and the other not?

Medical uses for Delta 9-THC are already well known and
are FDA approved.

http://www.drugs.com/cons/Marinol.html

Dronabinol (droe-NAB-i-nol)is used to prevent the nausea and vomiting that may occur after treatment with cancer medicines. It is used only when other kinds of medicine for nausea and vomiting do not work. Dronabinol is also used to increase appetite in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).

What the medical marijuana folks want is the ability to self medicate with a
drug that also causes euphoria and other mind altering effects in doses
that are not controlled and under no supervision.

Bad idea

If it can be proven that the healthful elements can be identified and found to be of use in treatment then package it - let it be sold as medicine.

But no way should this dangerous stuff be allowed to be freely grown and distributed to anyone.

Yeah, as is my definition of a medical marijuana patient.
