PROVIDENCE -- Police are baffled about why a Pawtucket man got naked -- then drove his car recklessly down a street in Providence -- crashing into cars and causing an accident that sent another man to the hospital.
A witness told NBC 10 that he saw John Persico walking naked down the street moments before Persico struck his vehicle.
Persico was allegedly speeding before he collided with a pickup truck at an intersection. The crash sent Michael Sheehan, 56, also of Pawtucket, to Rhode Island Hospital with severe injuries. Persico was also hospitalized, and a dog in Sheehan's truck was injured.
Police said they don't know why Persico was naked, adding that he did not seem to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

I'd feel better if alcohol WAS involved.

There are times when answers should not be sought. This may be one of them.

Well, at least, when they took him to a hospital he didn't have the usual problem with unclean underwear.

The crash sent Michael Sheehan, 56, also of Pawtucket, to Rhode Island Hospital with severe injuries.I don't suppose this is any relation to Jihad Cindy or her estranged husband's family.
