I'm working on a piece of fiction and I can't seem to find this using Google. I'm sure some our gun enthusiasts would know.
What's the standard rifle of the North Korean Army?
Thanks.

I "think" ...at least right now, it's the Kalishnikov AK-47, or at least a N. Korean version of it.

Don't know but Chicom AK-47's would be my guess, same as the North Vietnamese used.

I'm only guessing, but it's probably the Chinese version (copy) of the AK-47, unless they carry a semi-auto of some kind as standard issue.

Yes, could be the AK-74!
Doesn't the Chinese rip-off of the AK-47 start with an "S"?
