I was screaming so loudly that I missed most of it but I'll try to paraphrase. Gonzales turned the question back to Durbin suggesting that if intelligence information was shared with members of congress, what safeguards are there to insure it would remain confidential.

er, rather that the congressional oversight would ensure any better conduct of the surveillance... I think.

That's is part of the problem with the FISA law. Even if the senators don't leak, they have all kinds of "trusted" staff which do everything but wipe their rears, who could also leak.
