ABC TV us a few seconds behind the radio broad cast. Rather than baised Seahawks announcers, I get to listen to John Madden singing the Steeler's tunes all day
Satellite delay most likely. If you have an aerial antenna or rabbit ears, you can plug into that and the audio/video will be in sync.
