C'mon now. A few of the 55-10 blowouts were less exciting.
For those with short attention spans, Arena Football is on Sundays on NBC.

And thank you, your family, and your husband. My wife, children and I enjoyed a great game and then went to bed (late) and slept peacefully because of the United States Marines.
WOW!
You made my DAY!
THANKS!!!
I can hear the guy in the back room. "OK, start putting the Steeler logo on The Champions Hats".
Ben gets intercepted.
"Hold on, Hold on, Stop. This game might turn around".
Right here Seattle had a chance, especially after they scored to make it 14-10. Now it was time to put up or shut up. The Steelers took it from there. Seattle had their chance but failed. Referees my ass.
Seattle had the ball for about 15 of the first 20 minutes. If they wanted to win, they would have taken advantage of the Steelers sluggish start.

I've seen them all since IX. This wasn't the greatest, but it was a close match. Of course, I have some experience with the Steelers particular brand of "boring" football.

Well stated my friend! This is a fantastic win for the Steelers and a wonderful victory for the city of Pittsburgh. We have the greatest fans of any city, of any sport! I am so proud of this team. This win brings the whole city, indeed all of western PA together. The Steelers did it the hard way and no matter how you slice it, they are WINNERS!
Dear Allegra,
I would love to see the many sights and sounds of Houston including the Stadium but first I guess I would need a Visa to enter the United States or some kind of Immigration Visa without that I would never be able to enter the U.S. even if it is to just visit a relative for some time who lives in the Southern United States.
This brings me to a certain point I would like to make, I hope you won't get upset or mad at me but while I was living in the U.S. from 1998-2002 I had a lot of trouble with U.S. Immigration as a Catholic Christian I find it extremely difficult to understand why I had so much trouble.
Now, the trouble was this whenever I was sponsored for a Visa by an Institution it would never come through even after I hired a well respected Immigration Attorney all that the folks at I.N.S. had to say that it was being processed and this went on for over a year. I still have no idea if that visa came through simply because whenever my attorney made any inquiries she was given the standard response that it was being processed.
Meanwhile, I had some acquaintances in Atlanta who were Hindu and Moslem and had no problem in getting all kinds of visas approved for them by U.S. Immigration as well as Green Card Applications. I got so fed up with the endless wait that I decided to return to India.
This made me feel that in the United States it does not help being a Christian or a Catholic as far as U.S. Immigration is concerned. I was in deep shock whenever Moslem acquaintances from India, Pakistan and Egypt who were living in Atlanta told me that they had no problem whatsoever in getting the necessary visas.
I was never out of status so it really got me depressed even to this day.
Now, however I would love to return to the U.S. and I am only praying and hoping that the Lord shows me a way.
In Jesus and Mary,
Right on...... to me it felt a lot like that sinking feeling after the infamous Bettis fumble against Indy.
Check out this.

Still got a hangover! :^)
I'd agree neither team played very well, it really showed that both offenses were made up almost entirely of guys who hadn't been on this stage before. A stinkeroo? No. Worst SB ever? Not by a long shot. The games in the running for worst ever would be most of the Niners SBs that were functionally over shortly after kickoff, the era when the terms "Super Bore" and "Super Blowout" were coined.
WOW! Got the spread right on and only missed the points by 3 on each team.
Yes, but I was smart enough to bet the game. That puts the kiss of death on my team. I don't bet on them, they win. I bet on them, they lose. So I don't bet on them.
I've had years of experience in testing this theory. It always works.
Geez, I meant smart enough to NOT bet the game. Proofreading is your friend.
Houston should trade the pick to get more offensive line help. Adding skill players (QB, RB, WR) isn't going to help them without blocking.
They don't need a new QB, they need an offensive line. When they actually give Carr enough time to complete a 3 step drop (forget 5 and 7 steps, 3's the best they'll give him) he can and does make good plays. But as long as their o-line turns most plays into smeer the queer they'll never have a chance.
i see it this way. the steelers deserve the ring, but the refs really stunk the place up. what they did blemished the whole game. there were at least 4 horrible calls against seattle (5 if you include the one that was overturned). seattle couldn't play past the bad calls. it's tough when you have to do that and beat the steelers at the same time.
