Does this mean I can go to the State of the Union wearing an "I'm with Stupid" shirt?

I don't want to live in a country that prohibits any person, whether he/she has paid the ulitmate price for that country, from wearing, saying, writing, or telephoning any negative statements about the government. If there is any amount of sincerity in your words, Ms. Sheehan, and in respect to your son who you have no respect for, I will personally (and I mean this with all sincerity) pay for your airline ticket so you don't have to live in this country. You are an embarassment to all of us and most definitely a real shame and dishonor to your son.

Cindy thinks that when she's playing the victim, she is at her best. Her 15 minutes of fame are over, and she pulled this stunt to get some more attention. She knew exactly what she was doing last night. Too bad Cindy's communist buddy, Hugo Chavez, wasn't there for her to lean on.

The CNN morning crew are commiserating with Sheehan this AM (8 ~ EST).
They are questioning the reason(s) Sheehan was arrested and defending her by saying that lot's of people wear lapel flags and other symbols in Congress.
They are being very sympathetic to Sheehan.

I don't want to live in a country that prohibits any person, whether he/she has paid the ulitmate price for that country, from wearing, saying, writing, or telephoning any negative statements about the government. This whole fiasco was 100% staged and planned.
Now for some facts (since Sheehan refuses to accept it):
1. Cindy Sheehan didn't pay the ultimate price - her son did...
2. There is a long standing rule that protesting within the building is illegal - Cindy knew this and ignored it. In fact, she was told to cover the shirt up (they should have hauled her out when they first saw it, but they didn't want to make a scene - Cindy WANTED a scene).
3. Cindy - if you don't like it here - move in with your buddy Hugo Chavez - he'll treat you like the dog you are...and you will like it.

This afternoon at the People's State of the Union Address in DC where I was joined by Congresspersons Lynn Woolsey and John Conyers, Ann Wright, Malik Rahim and John Cavanagh, Lynn brought me a ticket to the State of the Union Address.
(snip)
that I couldn't disrupt the address because Lynn had given me the ticket and I didn't want to be disruptive out of respect for her. Hey Cindy .. If you knew .. you wouldn't have wore the shirt
Oh and nice job Cindy in naming names and outing members of Congress in their political stunt at the SOTU Address

I told him that my son died there. That's when the enormity of my loss hit me. I have lost my son. I have lost my First Amendment rights. I have lost the country that I love. Where did America go? I started crying in pain.I never ever thought I would roll my eyes when a mother talked about losing her son in a war. Thanks Cindy.

When you visit Congress, you are presented with a list of rules:
They include no talking, no reading, no writing, no phone calls, no...
I can be certain that "protest banner" and "disruptions" are among them.
You haven't lost your country, Mrs. Sheehan. You have lost your mind in believing that you could treat it as your own den.
