Who shall swear him in? Roberts or Stevens?

It's always the CJ, I believe..Stevens swore in Roberts because he was the most senior..

Roberts should swear him in. He is, after all, the Chief Justice (heh, heh). It's going to be a great scene.

Long live Ronald Reagan for giving us such people. And also a nod to Richard Nixon for his leadership in starting so many people on their careers that influenced the path to this day.
