Roberts should swear him in. He is, after all, the Chief Justice (heh, heh). It's going to be a great scene.

Long live Ronald Reagan for giving us such people. And also a nod to Richard Nixon for his leadership in starting so many people on their careers that influenced the path to this day.

It gives me such great pleasure to think of these two good and brilliant men joining Thomas and Scalia. I think we can look forward to good, solid and constitutional decisions written with clarity.
