Its not about who will vote for Alito, its about who will vote for Cloture. There are dems that will not vote for Alito, but will vote for Cloture (i.e Difi, etc).. If Cloture passes, you cant filibuster.

I think that Landrieu will vote for Alito, but I haven't had much time to read.
She is up this year, and she barely stole her seat last time around with all the unusual voting activity in New Orleans during that special election.
She should get the boot this year.
