I think these things get posted just for the sake of having an argument.

People think it's "so cool" to own one of these creatures. Pretty cool now ain't it?

Love the dogs all you want. But, kids and pit bulls don't mix. End of story.

Evil But they make a great salad...

Another pit bull attack from out of the blue. Who would allow a semi-strange dog to be that close to a baby I have no idea.

Anyone who lets any type of dog, let alone a pit bull, around an 11 month old is just asking for trouble. They are very lucky the little girl isn't dead.

The animal was euthanized at the Lancaster Animal Shelter. That dog should have been "euthanized" on the spot with a Louisville Slugger.
Note the heavy-duty choker chain, with inward-facing spikes, in the picture...

It's always a pitbull.
I doubt that, but they sure get a nasty rep, don't they?

Evil
No, actually, if you're referring to the dog, it is NOT evil. To suggest it is is adding a human characteristic to something that is inherently NOT human...an animal.
We have the tendency to forget that dogs are just that. They are not little humans in fur skins, as we tend to think. They are ANIMALS. They don't understand right from wrong. They don't have a moral compass. Pure animal behavior is a study in brute force with a lack of understanding from humanity.

They are catching on in Colorado. Your pit-bull hurts someone you are going to be living in accomodations that were intended for you pit-bull for the rest of your life. Is this breed worth it? I think not. Lawyers don't care if you are a pit-bull lover or not. The jury will. $$$$$$$$$$

I'm a person who likes dogs. I've seen many arguments both pro and con about Pit Bulls. The one argument that stands out in my mind is the one that says Pit Bulls were bred for killing and you can't unbreed that instinct. Don't know if it's true but it sounds reasonable.
