Our American president went to the National Security Agency in Ft. Meade, Maryland, to speak with staff and address the press there. Click here for text of his remarks. He also spoke with former clerks of Judge Alito's.
Laua Bush oversaw the "Coming Up Taller Awards" in the White House, an initiative of the U.S. President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities overseen by the first lady. This is for after-school events that promote the arts in youth.

Gretchen, I'm glad you're getting some relief from the sinus problems. We talked about this a few months ago. I'm still taking the probiotics. But, we moved, built a new house with a warranty against mold. I think our old duplex had a mold problem. I've been so much better since we moved, I've quit coughing and sneezing all the time. I had my sinus headaches under control before the move with the probiotics and olive leaf, but was still coughing all the time.
I'm glad you told me about probiotics as I think I had a candida problem and probiotics is a big help.
I sure am glad we moved.
I'm wondering how the horseradish helps, is it a natural antibiotic?
I wonder if all the rain and dampness of the area where you live is a part of the problem.

Since eating MSG gives me big problems, I do check out the chances of stumbling across it. I never expected to find it in beef stock, but I checked on the Net for recipes that include it. And there are a lot. Who knew?
Chinese food almost seems to be the safest now, because they say whether they use it.
BTW, Japanese food has a lot of it. I don't eat that anymore.
To: hoosierpearl
Hi hoosierpearl,
I am so glad to hear you're getting that relief.
I am allergic to mold, so yes, it is a big problemo for me to live in Washington. My allergy doctor told me that with my particular allergies (including many tree pollens), this is the worst place for me to live. Nice.
I did some research on horseradish root and sinusitis and discovered it is a natural remedy from waaaaaay back. I can't prove it scientifically but I can say from my experience that horseradish root + lemon is more effective with me to wipe out and keep out a sinus infection than antibiotics. Amazing, eh?

From what I understand from someone who used to work at a company that produced beef stock MSG is the base ingredient hence why a lot of prepared foods and soups plus snacks have it.
I would suspect all stock cubes apart from organic ones have it in some form or another.
My friend used to say where she worked they used to have sacks of the stuff everywhere and most of her colleagues used to buy it from the company to add to in particular beef dishes.

I seem to hear a lot of Americans talk about mold problems. Are not your houses or apartments provided with adequate damp proof courses or is it simply because of the climate whatever you do it does not cure the problem.

Hi Gretchen,
Would you be so kind as to share how you prepare your sinus infection cure. I've only bought prepared horseradish and have naught bought horseradish root before - is it available at most grocery stores (produce dept)? Thanks!
