That a good thing or bad thing?
I guess someone's watching a feed in one of the provinces where polling is over. Nothing stops them from making a projection or releasing results, as long as they don't do it in B.C. - where polls are still open for 15 minutes or so.
It's blacked out in BC for another 30 mins. If your on the west coast, you shouldn't be reading this.
I need to know why it's a good thing that the Libs are leading, 38-12 (as per CBC coverage via C-SPAN).

A conservative minority is an expected thing. The remaining question is: How many seats for each party?

Needed for Majority: 155
A Conservative Majority is nearly impossible in a 3-and-a-half party system, so the alternative was a continued Liberal Minority Gov't.
Conservative numbers starting to rise...waiting for the western polls...
