CBC predicting a Conservative minority govt.
Congratulations to Mr. Harper and to all Canadians.
The DU'ers are making excuses. They're saying that Canadians aren't moving to the right, they're just getting rid of a tired party.

Neither do I. A shift toward more power at the provincial level is probably the most likely change, since that's really the one big area of common ground between the Conservatives and the Bloc Quebecois.
