He is explcitly EXCLUDED from the consideration of science by all who adhere to this statement in principle.

Because THAT is what we are talking about here! Why would I talk about other unexaminable, untestable claims? They are ALL outside of science.

As is EVERY OTHER untestable, unexaminable claim. God is not singled out. Get it?
