A little blob of peanut butter on the little traps they sell in every supermarket and convenience store. Biggest problem I ever had with these is that the country mouse often survives with a kink in him. What to do with a live mouse?
However it does kill most of the time. Save the compassion for wild things that do not cross your threshold. For defecating in your cereal and making filthy nests and leaving allergens all over the house that can make your babies very sick---death becomes them.

This was posted late yesterday on the Day 3 thread. Adding it to this thread in case some missed it. It seems to me that Teddy and the Dims must be totally lost on what other questions to ask (which is rather obvious since they either don't ask any and keep bloviating and/or keep asking the same questions on the same subjects - all of which are included in the questionnaire) If they're asking for help on the outside. Guess the Daily Kos, moveon, NARAL, et al are fresh out of questions for them
I thought maybe a few night owls would be interested in this.
What Would You Ask Samuel Alito?
President Bush's nominee already knows the answers to questions the White House coaches and handlers anticipated, but he hasn't heard from you -- yet.
As he makes his case to serve on the nation's Supreme Court, what is the most important question you think Samuel Alito should answer?

subject to the Leahy exceptional circumstance standard. What does this mean?
That Specter will grant more time to a Senator (more than 25 minutes), if something exceptional is unfolding.

My mom had a mouse problem once. I took my cat, Geeker, over to take care of the prob. My mom and I were sitting at the dining table, with Geeker lying underneath, when a mouse strolled by us, not four feet away. Geeker twitched his whiskers, cocked an ear, but left the mouse unmollested. Geeker when back to my house with me and Mom got herself a mechanical mousetrap.

I can't wait to hear Fat Teddy and the gang again today..pathetic bunch of loons...It really is pathetic that someone as dignified and learned as Judge Alito has to submit to being questioned by these loudmouth dolts.

Anyone interested in a "Gentlemans Bet" betting pool?No money involved at all, just bragging rights!
We need to set some betting items or topics and then bid!
If anyone is interested, just continue as the thread goes. Here are two subjects for today for starters:
1. Length of time Biden will talk without allowing Alito a response (my bet wil be 17 min.)
2. Number of times Kennedy will say "so let's move on", after attacking Bush or Alito (my guess is 7 for today)
3. Number of times "CAP" is mentioned (my bet is 77)
4. Number of times Alito is implied as being racist (my bet is 5)

Yep, and concerned and troubled. If for some reason the MSM interviews Puffy Daschle, add 'deeply saddened'.

The guys at Powerline commented that if Feingold insists on THAT information...perhaps the dems should have to hand over a list of any and all people that have helped THEM behind the scenes...
like oh, say, George Soros and CO.

Rep. Charles Gonzalez is on C-SPAN WJ now. A few minutes ago he held up a copy of the Constitution and said something about how it is to be interpreted. Congressmen, Jurist, and anybody else who say this are wrong.
The Constitution does not need interpreted. The courts and especially the Supreme Court Justices job is to decide the Constitutionality of laws, rules, and activities by and of governments at all levels.

DE-CON is a safe way to get rid of mice. It is WARFARIN actually - they eat it, then leave your premises to find water and they die. Simple.
