Day 4: Hearing Resumes
This morning, Senators will question Judge Alito during a third round. They will then go into a closed session, to review the FBI background investigation on the Supreme Court nominee. Outside witnesses may be called to testify this afternoon, as well as the American Bar Association, to discuss its recommendations.

Old Joe was like the proverbial Christmas fruitcake that FDR couldn't get rid of. Old Joe really had to crank to get his son John out of a certain Court Martial for allowing his PT Boat to have the distinction of being the only one in the War that was run over by an enemy vessel. Something about having no night watch, being dead in the water etc.
