Day 4: Hearing Resumes
This morning, Senators will question Judge Alito during a third round. They will then go into a closed session, to review the FBI background investigation on the Supreme Court nominee. Outside witnesses may be called to testify this afternoon, as well as the American Bar Association, to discuss its recommendations.

The Dems would rather cherry pick legal "experts" and "scholars" to trash this good and fair man, and no doubt have some scheduled to testify. Anybody seen Anita Hill?

I remember Bernard McGuirk (Imus' Producer) doing a man on the street type of interview on the Imus In The Morning Show during the Lewinsky fiasco and he was trying to get Kennedy to comment and Kennedy kept motioning to his driver from the passenger seat to just keep driving.
Bernard called Kennedy a hypocrite because Kennedy was riding in an SUV.
