What was it that Alito said about defining up to the limits of the constitution?
I get the feeling that will be subject to misinterpretation.

Was Alito implying that Congress can restrict the President's inherent constitutional authority?

Grassley to the rescue - Courts handle cases and controversy. I think he's aluding to the "unitary executive" attack -- yep.

I would pay big money to see that 'pop-bubble' technology above everyone's heads to see what they are thinking during this process--

Alito's wife hates democrats. You can just see it when they talk.
Her expressions are priceless.

I have a question, America. Are several of these Senators the best we can do? How about it, California? Massachusetts? Illinois? Delaware? New York? Vermont? Wisconsin?

That's why term limits for U.S. Senators are pretty useless. A lot of these Senators are heavily reliant on their aides, that would not be term limited. They are simply passed around to Senators in their party. They research, they write laws, they broker deals... Term limit aides as well? That would be worth some consideration.
certainly some Senators pull their own weight, but so many don't while their aides pull the strings.
Ex. My Senator, Osama Lovin' Patty, is nothing but a puppet for Hillary, the DNC and her aides.

Since the 17th Amendment passed, the Senate has steadily declined into a chamber infected with the disease of party spirit and fundraising.
