I need some info concerning Alito - for some ammo against a few libs.
What was the vote to confirm Alito to get him his current job?
Also, did I hear correctly that Alito achieved the highest ABA rating - not that that matters, but it is a good argument to throw against the ACLU people.
I would like it is Alito would "out" Kennedy. When Kennedy implies Bush is guilty of war crimes, treason or impeachable offenses, I would love it if Alito would counter with something to the effect of letting Kennedy know that Alito is not in a position to rule right now, that Kennedy is making false accusations and/or innuendos and if he wants to make it formal, there are steps to do so.

Although I agree that Alito is a better candidate than Meiers, I will never agree with the tactics used to get Meiers to withdraw. Many conservative pundits lost my respect over their behavior last fall, and they will have a hard time regaining it.You are not alone.

Oh yes, I remember that one well, Griswold v. Wally World.

Good morning everybody.
The Megyn Kendall love affair is sadly over, I could not come to terms with her being otherwise married to another man, so we are through.
I'll be in and out with my commentary on the hearings today, as I try my best to cope with my loss.
