On January 4, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. (PST) the Rose Bowl Game will host the BCS National Championship, between USC and Texas once again showcasing the best of collegiate football in "The Granddaddy of Them All."® The Rose Bowl will be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio.
Vince is playing his senior year in Texas
You were right...it was a ripper!!!
It doesn't matter anyhow.
USC might end up #2. I think they should.
But they won't open at #2 next year. Probably more like #5
The top 5 (this is really early) for next year:
1) Texas
2) Ohio State
3) Florida (just watch)
4) LSU
5) USC
6) Notre Dame
How bout that Longhorn offensive line! 0 sacks!
"AP championship" means squat. Every school agrees to play for the BCS. Anything else is a kindergarten feel-good trophy.
Your name says it all.
I have to say that Vince Young had a pretty awesome performance. He definitely was impressive. I just wish USC had tackled better.
"I got so tired about hearing about going for three in a row when they've only won 1 - LSU won the BSC two years ago, not USC."
The MSM believes that USC was disenfranchised when LSU won the BSC.
Thanks for that Mike. My son goes to UTSA.
The Academy stores in Texas are going to open up soon to sell UT Longhorns National Championship t-shirts and mouse pads....lol
This was a great game!!!
I used to live in Austin and it's like San Fran South. I'm sure at least some leftist loons are happy.
tressel bump!!!!
Yeah, they interviewed USC players after our 8 point loss also. Go figure. ; )
Cry all you want. The refs missed calls that hurt Texas too. Texas won this one fair and square.
:-)
