"Party over country!"
And if Murtha was running the show the party would be over for our country...goodbye freedom hello sharia law...
What a pathetic sad old fart...
Murtha is a ****** **** and a @$#% TO BOOT.
IF the media ever reported on what Murtha is really about, people would see he is one long disjointed anecdotal recital of the military being a horror story. Maybe he's sincere in that, but he views the military as nothing but all the bad stories of constituents he has helped out with some injustice. They didn't get a medal they deserved, they were denied some health coverage, etc. All very important but he sees those trees as the forest. And in his mind that constant diatribe against the army is his version of the highest patriotism.
Boy talk about thinking your important....lololol....maybe WE don't want him in our Military either, or did his ego get in the way of thinking that?????
Stupid jerk...
YOu can say that again. Many people, most, are in the military because they want to serve their country in some way. To say "Screw you!" to the nation because of a political disagreement is beyond the pale. Time to flush Murtha and the rest of the turds and rats.
What is Alzheimer's disease?
Alzheimer's disease is the most common form of dementia.
Alzheimer's disease, first described by the German neurologist Alois Alzheimer, is a physical disease affecting the brain. During the course of the disease 'plaques' and 'tangles' develop in the structure of the brain, leading to the death of brain cells.
We also know that people with Alzheimer's have a shortage of some important chemicals in their brain. These chemicals are involved with thetransmission of messages within the brain.
Alzheimer's is a progressive disease, which means that gradually, over time, more parts of the brain are damaged. As this happens, the symptoms become more severe.
Symptoms:
People in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease may experience lapses of memory and have problems finding the right words. As the disease progresses they may:
* Become confused, and frequently forget the names of people, places, appointments and recent events.
* Experience mood swings. They may feel sad or angry. They may feel scared and frustrated by their increasing memory loss.
* Become more withdrawn due either to a loss of confidence or to communication problems.
As the disease progresses, people with Alzheimer's will need more support from those who care for them. Eventually they will need help with all their daily activities.

MURTHA THROWS MEDALS OVER WHITE HOUSE FENCE
What a puff piece. Murtha didn't call for a pullout of US forces "as soon as it could be done safely"; he called for an immediate pullout and then decided not to vote for his own proposal after realizing how stupid it was.
I don't recall anyone asking with WPOS to join up again. I don't know directly how admirably he served his country in the past, but I know directly how he is serving it now---- NOT!!!
After 30 years of undistinguished service in congress, the press have finally noticed John Murtha. They pay attention to John Murtha and ask his opinion on things. He's on tv and quoted in major papers. It's the "Cindy Sheehan Syndrome" and time is running out on his usefulness to the whackjobs who love him. Then, if he's lucky, he can go back to the job of drumming up tourism for Western Pennsylvania.
Thank you for your service, Congressman Murtha; now SHUT YOUR TRAP!
What a freakin POS.
Of course he wouldn't join. He's too old and too fat.
Who would want the fat old drunk, anyhow? And, aren't there intelligence requirements?
I think this old man has lost his marbles.
