I guess it's all relative. It felt warm here. I went shopping one day, and I didn't bother to wear a coat (brought it with just in case though). LOL!
I consider 65 in the sun OK.
I can be in shorts in the snow, but my upper body needs to be warmer for some reason.
I often allow it to get to 60 at night when sleeping and under the covers that is fine.
I prefer 75-85 degree weather.
