I consider 65 in the sun OK.

I can be in shorts in the snow, but my upper body needs to be warmer for some reason.

I often allow it to get to 60 at night when sleeping and under the covers that is fine.

I prefer 75-85 degree weather.

I never wear shorts outside - not even in 100 degree weather. I do wear skirts and dresses, though. The seasons determine the length of the sleeves on my shirts.
