LONG LIVE RED CHINA (Would you like your troll mein with soft or crispy noodles?)

China will never go down, and don't think you can banish communism. Because the people won't let it. They know they are the last standing, they are the only ones left. America is in a decline while China's climaxing, America will go down. We are just done with our prime, if anything, we were going into a depression since 1992 (and don't say you don't know that year). Communism is the American's medias' worst nightmare, because of censorship. I hope we all have to read one newspaper and wipe my butt with one brand of tiolet paper. I hope we all die for our next generations to wear the red armband. We deserved 9/11, and they enjoyed it. You probably hate me now, I know, you just still think like its 1945, well too bad its 2005. We only stand to fall.

"Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress the ability to collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises..."

Oh, I'm sure they have the "ability" and the means to collect taxes.

Oh, I'm sure they have the "ability" and the means to collect taxes.

That's what the IRS is for.

Although, Congress didn't always have the ability to collect an income tax. The income tax was declared unconstitutional in the late 1800's. That's why they passed the 16th Amendment.

And so ends the tax lesson for the evening.

I do watch out for those while working on the dissertation. However, it's late. So I'm letting my brain take a bit of a rest.

"Get back here, Bob! "

Yes'm.

Incidentally, the code I used was extraordinarily simple, a "decoder ring" code.

It can be made more complicated by giving each letter its own substitute letter, not necessarily an even shift.

All kinds of complexities can be added. It can really get to be quite an enigma.

Hey, I write plenty of them thengs. Moreover, my bad spelling caused me not to enter college. My parents always wanted me to go to college and become a somebody.

Don't worry - I won't talk about the T-word anymore.

I could try to figure out the codes, but brain... shut... off...

Give us another one a little more complex, but not much complex. I'll try to solve it if I can.

Baraonda already translated the message into clear text, and inadvertently introduced one of the hazards of the process, an error introduced by the decoder, (cryptanalyst).

I'm better at math than anything else. I think I should have become a mortician.

LOL!

This reminds me of the guy, the night of the execution of Tookie, who instead of saying "clemency" said "chemistry." It was so funny. I was listening on the radio on the net that evening he was being interviewd by the host. I wished I had taped the segment. He said something (paraphrasing here) like: "The governor refuses to give chemistry to Tookie."
