Hey, A thought has been swirling through my head and I wnna let it out:
Are there any foods, minerals or vitamins that actually help the human produce or catalyze the male hormone we all now as Testosterone?
If anyone is or knows a nutritionist/herbalist, 1000 extra pints, I mean, points to you.
This is a serious question but I'll accept any & all replies.

This isn't a food, and will not
catalyze testosterone, but it will definitely increase testosterone levels. If your blood levels are low, your doctor can Rx it.

odorless pheromone exudes when you sweat during/after exercise which women pick up on unconsciously.,/i>
You sure? My Mom can't even take even a smear of a whiff of my b.o. and you say physical exercise is a pick-up?

Jesus said to love ALL people--even those whom we'd consider enemies...and you are not my enemy; I love you, man.

Atkins is great if you're inactive to lightly active. However, Atkins is a surefire way to breaking your body down if you're moderately active to highly active. Active people simply need carbs and lots of them.
I actually gain weight in the colder months even though I cut my calorie consumption down to around 2000 calories a day. In warm weather when I'm cycling a great deal, I'll eat anywhere from 4000 to 5000 calories a day, with 90% of it being carbs, and I'll still manage to lose a pound or two here and there.
I can't count the times I've come across folks who have just bought a bicycle to help them lose weight, and who are also on Atkins. The results are almost always disasterous.

Marry wisely and well. Check out what her mother and grandmothers look like. And how they act! My Mother-in-Law is in her 80's and still a looker. Ny Goddaughter is 4 and a masterful flirt. (just to say there is a natural trait here) Needless to say one does not stay happily married for 32 years and going strong for no reason. My smart, poweful, intelligent and lovely wife makes a man out of me. (Isn't that right, Honey?)

So, why?
Nothing really special or necessary;
I just wanted to discover (in the best way I know how) if any certain foods contained active ingrediants that promoted testosterone production.

Well-said, Casanova, I'll do both...when the time is right for me & her.
