Movie isn't just pro-gay, but anti-marriage
Jewish World Review ^ | December 19 2005 | Michael Medved

The front runner in this year's Oscar race is "Broke Back Mountain," about two Wyoming cowboys conducting a homosexual affair in the '60's and '70's.

Gay activists embrace the movie, hailing it as a "timeless love story" showing the joys of male-on-male passion, but they ignore one key factor in the plot: both men are married, with children, and their long-standing relationship ultimately destroys both marriages.

Would commentators similarly applaud a story of cheating, if the adultery involved a married man and a married woman?

Political correctness justifies a gay affair for allowing the participant to express his "true self," but a husband involved with a much younger woman could similarly claim that only with his fresh, new love could his real nature come out.

The main problem with "Broke Back Mountain" isn't that it's pro-gay; it's that the emphasis on following your urges rather than honoring your responsibilities is, at its heart, anti-marriage.

All homosexual promotion is anti-marriage and anti-family. And the movie reviewers should stop calling them cowboys. They're shepards. Sheep herders.

If someone offered me one million dollars to watch that movie I would refuse. Unless I could spend the whole time offering a loud, running commentary.

Darn right they're not cowboys!

Say, did you hear about the Wyoming sheep herder who was showing a San Franciscan around his sheep ranch? 'Twas a big ranch and the Californian had never seen such a large piece of privately owned land. At one point they came upon a ewe with her head stuck in the fence. The sheep herder stopped, turned to his guest, apologized saying, "This is too good to pass up." He then got out and had his way with the ewe.

Upon his return to the truck, he looked at the Californian and said, "Aren't you going to take advantage of this opportunity?" The Frisco fellow shrugged and replied, "I may as well." He got out of the truck, walked up to the fence, and stuck his head in it.

If these 2 homos were anything other than homo, then the left would despise this film. Throw in the homosexuality and it is an instant hit for them, and at a time that they passionately hate the "cowboy Bush".

The left hate Bush yet deep down they want to be screwed by him. The recent years of Bush bashing and unbridled hatred have in reality have been nothing but courtship of the left to Bush.

This is how their own relationships work, they abuse each other greatly with hateful words and such, and then jump in the sack for rear end abuse (sex).

Do they want to destroy marriages? Sure because they are that hateful and hate knows no boundaries, once it takes them over it spreads and everything in their life must be destroyed including themselves.

I can't think of any greater destruction then chucking your soul away and once that is gone the shell is a pitiful thing that most often dies alone and forgotten.

And while we are on the subject, I bet they don't even honestly portray what homosexual sex really is, i.e. "not now honey I have to take a crap".

With all due respect to Mr. Medved, they've done it many a time.

Hey, I got an idea for a sequal.

Broke Back Mountain II: Loving Ewe.

Now now, keep an open mind. Brave New World and all that.

;-)

I recently spent a month in Texas for work. These gay cowboys wouldn't last a week in Texas.

How gross.

It should be titled: Bareback Mountain.

In fact, that was probably the original title.
