It just goes by who owns the property. Unless they are conducting acts of licentiousness in public, well then that could be different. Is that what's being alleged? Or rather, are they just charging money for this business, which is necessarily "public" because the government inserts itself more anywhere where money changes hands to tax whatever activity caused that to happen?

... the same type of reinforced buildings exist in far off foreign lands even in Mexico except they have broken glass cemented at the top of the security walls(Courtesy of The Montel Williams Show), work better than barb wire so rescuers can't help rescue and free the poor abducted girls who've been kidnapped and thrown into sex slavery while they were on vacation.

Neither. Keep in mind that a second cousin would be the child of your first cousin. In other words, you and your second cousin have common great-grandparents.
In most places in the U.S. and from what I know from my PoliSci classes and my rather limited genealogical experience, second cousin and closer is generally considered in American politics, society, culture, and law to be too close to kin for marriage and sex, therefore, any sexual contact is considered to be incestuous in nature. NOTE: I am also not a lawyer or a geneaologist.
As for Adams Co. I can't validate that tidbit, though I do know a few people from college who've lived there.

Really. Anyone within reading range just needs to watch their pennies and buy themselves a few acres in the country. That way, while we'll be isolated from the caring, compassionate neighbors we used to have, we can now avoid the freaks that have taken over our local neighborhoods in our respective states.
Divide, divide, divide. Break down our society as much as possible. Pretty soon, we won't even have to talk to one another here on FR and we can all be isolated from one another forever. That makes for a very good country, don't you think? :(

A person would have to go undercover in such places like this one discussed in this thread to gather proof. But I'll stick with my cynical, often correct assumption that swingers(sex addicts) are no different than heroin junkies. Their addiction(s) or addictive transference keep growing in numbers and depravity. I read articles and have spoken with authorities and watch many television shows which consistently conclude that, where there's a swinger there's a pedophile not far behind. Remember the VanDam girl in California, her parents were swingers and their free for all sexcapades delivered their own child to Satans own hands. God rest her soul.
