Certain parts of the Constitution do get restricted regarding civil liberties for good reason. We simply need the tools we need to get the bad guys. That is of more importance and I do not want another 9-11 that we can avoid.

This really should not be so tough to get.
Most of the time we had great freedoms and now we happen to be at war. Life sucks at times, but there is no reason to get citizens killed by being pristine with civil liberties at this time.

Fine. When the government starts telling you every move you can make in your daily life, where you can go, when you can go there, how you go there, who you can go there with and how long you can stay there, then don't cry. You will have what you want, a government controlling the people, not a government OF the people. If you think you are going to get back any of the rights that are being taken, you'd better think again, because they are always going to give a reason to continue or expand what they are currently doing. Eventually, they strip little by little by little. You don't really notice it because it is like giving a few pennys today, a nickle tomorrow, then the dime, quarters and so on. They get it little by little. That adds up in the end. It adds up to a loss of the freedoms that you lose forever. So, nanny up to the government table. Give them away if you want. Your loss.
