(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
Yep. Finally.
:o) And maybe there is a Santa after all. We can hope.
No, but I would think he'll mention Ariel Sharon at some point. Hopefully also the appointment of a new press secretary to replace the one he has now. Andy Card's retirement would be nice. Some serious housecleaning at the CIA. Leak prosecutions.
Oh shucks. I thought this was my Christmas list...
Really? I dont see that.
I'm not sensing anything like that. If there is a smell of desperation, it is coming from the other side, imho.
AMEN to that. And I have to think most Americans do...even his detractors here on FR.
You got that right... they ain't completely through spinning what he said last night. This will make them have to go back and check on what they've already lied about... and create totally fresh bullsh_t.
Think head-spinning... Exorcist-style!
It seemed really strange to me that President Bush would give a speech to the nation just last night, and then all of a sudden today it is "Breaking News" that he is giving a press conference.
I never seen such back to back Presidential activity. I apologize for getting too excited about it. I have not been closely following the speeches because I already know everything we are doing is correct, but I am glad he is putting it to words. I thought he had already spoke about these "spying" thing.
I thought something BIG was breaking.
Desperation??!! You mean from the liberal side I hope. If you mean President Bush then you need to go and have your breakfast and most importantly take your medicine.
That is what I'm wondering. Remember they did DNA on the bodies found in the one bombing, even though they were discounting the possiblity that he was among the bodies. I have heard nothing to indicate they got negative results yet. We can only pray that a positive ID is what he is announcing.
Bush staying on the offense. The Democrats try to change the subject from the successful vote in Iraq to some bogus NSA spying "scandle", so Bush changes the subject back to Iraq. Another smackdown coming today.
Watch the MSM try to change it back with the questions they ask. Lets see how long it takes and lets see how many questions are on th NY Times article?
Any bets? How many questions are on the spying "scandal"? How many questions deal with Iraq vs. this bogus issue?
I believe he has learned he has to do some PR work. The MSM does nothing but attack him every hour of every day.
I am very proud of him right now. He is doing well, keep it up. I will continue to do my part! Ive got his back, no doubt.
"my best hope is that he announces warrants are being served as he speaks to search and sieze all materials related to espionage and treason charges involving the leaks. NYTimes, the reporters home and his publisher's offices, along with the offices of Reid, Pellosi, Andrea Mitchell, anyone at CIA with knowledge of the program, et al."
If only that were it!
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!
David Gregory filling in for Matt Lauer. Does this mean we won't have to put up with his smarmy attitude and disrespectful questions. I may actually tune in.
In the long-run, look for them to start reporting on specific, negativities in the voting process/possible coalitions in Iraq. Somehow, they have to turn our efforts in Iraq into an excercise in futility.
President Bush will announce he's giving McCain back to the Vietnamese.
ROFL! No! It was John Kerry! Kerry won Iraq!!
LOL
