This computer has a lot of spyware too, and I hate them all..
My son managed to get my machine infected with Spy Axe 3.0, and I was able to remove it.
Get yourself a copy of Smitfraud/SpyAxe fix. You will also want ewido (the fellow in another post suggest it)--it's very helpful.

The #1 'trick' that I know of when removing bugs, trojans and spyware is to shutdown your Restore Program before starting any removals.
