Boy this SOB (Kerry) is a boon for the terrorist propaganda machine. Imagine a terrorist going on Iraqi TV to urge his people withdraw. Kerry refuses to label his rhetoric as demanding withdrawel, then advises that an immediate plan to withdraw over time be aired.
He wants our troops to garison now, withdrawing to safe haven while the Iraqis pick up the slack.
Translation, allow the insurgents to regroup, resupply and destroy all that we have gained.
