Kidnappers Threaten to Kill Iraq Activists

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Al-Jazeera television broadcast a videotape Friday in which kidnappers of four Christian peace activists threatened to kill their hostages unless all prisoners in U.S. and Iraqi detention centers are released. The kidnappers gave the two governments until Dec. 8 to meet their demands, Al-Jazeera quoted a statement delivered with the tape as saying.
The tape showed what the broadcaster said were two Canadian hostages. An American and a Briton are also being held. All four appeared frightened.
The Canadians were shown eating from plates of what appeared to be Arabic sweets. In a second clip, the British and American hostages were shown to talking to the camera but no audio was transmitted.
The two were calling on the U.S. and British governments to withdraw from Iraq, Al-Jazeera reported, quoting a statement from the kidnappers, who earlier identified themselves as the Swords of Righteousness Brigade

While it is a terrible thing, sometimes it is satisfying for liberals and communists who hate America to smack up against reality. Unfortunately, they will only learn their lesson while their heads drop from shoulders to floor.
Oh, I see how someone could take that wrong....he did not wish for someone to die at all. IT IS IRONIC THOUGH..that the four (4) leftist/commies that blame all the problems in Iraq on Bush and Blair, and demand the return to the lawful ruler, S. Hussein, are finding a "Religion of Peace" sharp-ass knife at their throat.

1. "Peace activists" go to Iraq to undermine US efforts, and undeniably provide aid to the enemy.
2. The same enemy that they're helping, in the name of "peace", decides that they would make excellent hostages and future corpses.
I never said anything about relishing their deaths.
But, stupid is as stupid does.
Do NOT meet the demands.
No one should respond at all. And anyone who tries to ransom them for cash should be held by the allies on charges of collusion and funding terrorism.
I was kinda thinking the same thing, except in the Galloway/M.Moore/McKinney line of thought.

This is either a grand stunt or these folks are praying for the very thing they were against... (please let the U.S. Military save us)
Sample didn't say their impending doom was delicious; just the irony. And I agree.
He said the irony is delicious. Not that their deaths would be, and yes there is a fine line there.
I think it is dangerous to consider these people innocents. To me they are allied with the terrorists when they make claims that if it were not for the "occupation" that they would not be in harm today. I think they are misguided idealogues at best, and at worst traitors to their religion (if they are indeed practicing Christians) and to humanity. To place zero blame on the terrorists, and 100% of the blame on us is laughable.
This is telling: There was not a PEEP from these people when the rape rooms and shredders were having their way with Saddam's victims.
I can just see the peace activists all flumxoed because their pleas to their captors that they are on their side are falling on deaf ears.
Simple solution. Bush goes on MSM tonight at 8:00 PM sharp. He states that he will lob missles into one of the terrorist supporting nations if any of the Christians looses their life.
One head, twenty missles. Two heads, you know the drill.
It will stop.
