President Bush traveled from Arizona, where he had spoken last night at a fundraising dinner for Senator John Kyl, today to El Paso, Texas to observe the situation at the border, and confer with Texas Governor, Rick Perry, answering a few questions from the press. From there he flew to Denver, Colorado where he appeared at a fundraiser for U.S. Representative, Marilyn Musgrave.

The War in Iraq received strong support today from Senator Joe Lieberman following his fourth trip to Iraq, when he deliniated the across the board progress made in that country. Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld came out swinging at a Pentagon briefing in support of the increasing strength of the Iraqi army. Tomorrow President Bush will give a major speech on Iraq at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

I wonder what presidents do with all those unit jackets they get through the years.

I took the advice of someone on the Dose a few weeks ago and tried Mucinex......it worked wonders...

That advice was for me, and I did try Mucinex. I have chronic asthma, so when I get a cold it can be very difficult. The night I took the Mucinex, I began to breath more easily and clearly, and had the best night of rest since the cold began. I was on the road to recovery after that.

So thanks to the folks who recommended it. It worked great.

A little bit better, but not nearly enough.

Zicam works well for me, but this is more like a flu........fever, et al.

It's gonna take some time, I'm afraid.

Me too. They're a symbol of something special with our president in them. Never thought anything one way or another when that last president whatshisname was in them.
May be why I bought one just like them last year. Well, pretty close anyway. :o)

Hi, Jonny. Did you see where Carrie's album dropped 41% in her 2nd week? Down sharply from #2 to #7. Bo's single and album will be out shortly. Word from those who've heard some pre-release clips is that Clive Davis stuck Bo with a bunch of so-so pop stuff, and that Bo doesn't even sound like himself. Overall preliminary buzz is that the album is weak. That's unfortunate. Davis was a big hit-maker in his day, but his day is long past.
